We are continuing a community garden on Howe Ave in Olde Towne, Huntsville, Alabama. It was used on a smaller scale last year, and we will post more information about the site later. I started some datura and cassabanana seeds last week. Today I am biking to CT Garvin to get supplies to start more seeds. Among them will be Alabama black butter bean, which I highly recommend for anyone in the area -- they received practically no predation with no pesticide/insect inhibitor/repellent treatment last year. The current prediction is dry weather all week, so we should be tilling later if all goes well.
